This construction company are involved in a range of projects such as Apartment blocks, retail fit out and hospitality projects from design to completion. Due to their on going success and increased workload, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager with experience in the Construction industry, and preferably experience on the commercial side of projects, to aid in the successful completion of their new exciting projects. The company actively encourage a hybrid and autonomous working environment and pride themselves on a supportive culture.

In this role you will be involved in the project from set up to completion. Your duties will include but not be subject to Overseeing projects, Management of a sub-contractors, Pre start site visits and discussions, ensuring each project is on time and to budget, tendering for projects.

This Project Manager role provides excellent exposure to the property investment industry. Providing the opportunity to assist on bespoke projects and be part of a growing companies success.
