Air Conditioning Estimator and Designer
London/South East
£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Company Pension + Holiday + Fuel Card/Company Van + Paid Travel Time
Are you a estimator with design experience looking to join a market leading company in Air Con who have an excellent reputation for developing and investing in their staff.
This company delivers quality heating, ventilation and air conditioning services from design, installation, maintenance and servicing to a varied range of customers nationwide. To complement their continued growth and expansion plans, they are looking for an Air Conditioning Estimator and Designer.
The role would involve reviewing project plans an specifications, deciphering client requirements to enable bids to become established while keeping up to date with current regulations and requirements. Have a clear understanding of the requirements of the client and to produce a detailed design / estimate for competitive project bids.
The ideal candidate would come from a design/ estimator background with knowledge of AC (HVAV) industry being essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall estimating process for all project bids and knowledge of heat pumps would be an advantage.
