Amazing opportunity for a low level / junior IT support engineer with 1 + years' experience within the IT industry that is searching for more exposure to new technology and to be apart of a small, experienced technical team.

In this role you will provide technical support to internal clients, monitor and maintain operability of technical problems, implement and maintain security best practices, research deployment and installation improvements.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, LAN/WAN Technologies, Network infrastructure (remote monitoring/management), Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop, Networking, Microsoft 365, Virtualisation Technologies - Hyper V Cluster.
