Agile Delivery Manager *Hybrid WfH*. Are you bright and ambitious with a good knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies?

You could be progressing your career at a global travel company.

As an Agile Delivery Manager you'll support one or more Agile software engineering teams across the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivering the vision and objectives with a particular focus on real-time airline and accommodation booking systems.

You'll be instrumental in shaping Agile ways of working, innovation and continuous delivery, supporting the team via stakeholder collaboration to ensure they have clarity on goals. You'll remove blockers, manage dependencies, issues and risks, reporting to the team on progress, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Following a remote interview and onboarding process you'll join colleagues in Kingston-upon-Thames for 2-3 days a week with continued flexibility to work from home.

Requirements:

• You have experience in a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager role
• You have a good knowledge of Agile development methodologies including Scrum and ideally SAFe - Scaled Agile
• You have advanced communication and collaboration skills
• You're organised and have meticulous attention to detail
