I am currently on the search for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a growing end user based in the South East, they offer great benefits and a competitive salary paying up to £70k dependent on experience. This role would be a hands on role where you work closely with stakeholders and to drive change in the organisation. You would have the opportunity to really delve in and gain some good experience and develop your Salesforce skills even further.

Role & Responsibilities Work with the Project Manager to lead and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders

to establish the scope, business needs, project objectives, acceptance criteria and expectations. Work with relevant business stakeholders (including BPOs) to understand and define

the as-is and to-be end-to-end business processes and solutions Develop functional, system integration and user acceptance test scripts to ensure all

business requirements are appropriately tested

Skills & Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Service Cloud Good stakeholder experienceBenefits 25 days holiday Private Medical insurance Dental Insurance Pension Hybrid working
