Functional Consultant (CRM/ Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement)Job DescriptionI have an active requirement for a functional analyst/ consultant, with skills in Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE, for an exciting opportunity with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner. The role offers the chance to work within a like minded team on fresh, end to end D365 Customer Engagement implementations, with UK wide customers. A fully certified MS training/ career progression plan is on offer, along with a host of brilliant benefits.This exciting role is home based, with requirement for occasional on-site client - project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities Project scoping, business process analysis and functional requirement gathering/ documentation Install & config, user acceptance testing and key user system training Go-live support and process improvement
