I am recruiting on behalf of a US Leading Insurance Company for a Compliance Manager to provide support in meeting regulatory responsibilities through a mix of business partnering and assurance activity.Key responsibilities:
* Knowledge of business processes and structure within an insurance environment.
* Strong understanding of the FCA/PRAs requirements and standards.
* Overseeing the operation, development and governance of the Conduct Risk Framework, conducting risk assessments and providing reports to Board Committees as required.
* Providing day-to-day team management responsibilities, including regular one-to-one meetings, annual assessments and developing team objectives.
The suitable candidate will have experience working within a Compliance team, ideally in an Insurance firm.
