Application Support Analyst Bracknell / WfH to £50k
Application Support Analyst / Coordinator (Windows SQL) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you tech savvy and customer focussed? You could be progressing your career at one of the world's longest established technical and business services organisations.
As an Application Support Analyst you will pro-actively coordinate the service support and management of critical business systems and applications serving thousands of global users, working with a range of technologies from implementation through to decommission. You'll gain an indepth understanding of business systems / applications and their effect on the business, ensuring uptime and availability.
You will have a broad remit of responsibilities and work with the appropriate support teams ensuring SLAs are met, customer experiences are acceptable and act as an escalation point for the business and the support teams. You'll coordinate change activities and ensure systems are fit for purpose including security, performance, stability and end user's perspective and collaborate with 3rd party vendors and outsource providers on service performance and escalations as well as licensing.
You'll join a friendly, professional team with a family feel based in modern, open plan offices in Bracknell (parking available, close to mainline station) for 2 days a week with the other 3 days work from home.
Requirements:
You have experience in a similar position supporting bespoke internal systems and users
You have experience of managing licenses and 3rd party vendors
You're tenacious and enjoy following a problem through to resolution
You have a good knowledge of Windows OS and an understanding of SQL
You have excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
