We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in a client-facing service or sales IT role, with the appetite and ambition to develop as the organisation grows.
You'll also need demonstrable experience working for a managed service provider (or within the tech industry) and be comfortable working in an environment of complex technical solutions for various clients.
The role is a critical bridge between the business development team, service delivery team, and clients.
You will develop effective client relationships, follow up leads and maximise the potential for growth for the company.
You will successfully mediate between the management team and the existing client base. Doing so will never lose sight of the financial targets and the client's happiness.
You will be comfortable working in a target and KPI-driven environment and be able to demonstrate your success both financially and in client happiness.
Responsibilities to the Team
- Promote "professional selling" practices in the company
- Provide constructive and positive feedback to the team from client meetings
- Ensure the client management processes flow into helpdesk procedures
- Look for opportunities to be a hero for the Service Delivery Team
Responsibilities to the Customers
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction that encourage long-term and deeper relationships
- Seek and promote client feedback around the quality of services provided from helpdesk to project delivery
- Insightful reporting of services provided to clients
- Give the customer confidence in the Service Delivery team
Responsibilities to the Company
- Report and supply analysis every week in various meetings
- Responsible for maintaining and driving QBR measurements across the company
- Assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the sales and marketing plan to further enhance and develop the client base
- Seek continuous improvements daily

Requirements
Primarily the role would be working from the Edinburgh office, but in the long term would be a mixture of both office and home working.
- A driving license is required
- Passion for technology and business
