Business Systems Analyst - Up to £60k - Marlow - Hybrid WorkingOverview:
A market leading consultancy are looking for a well-established Business Systems Analyst to join one of their teams in Marlow on a hybrid working basis. As the Business Systems Analyst you will act as a bridge between the Systems Development Team and the Services division as the client look to expand and improve their service portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities:
Leading scoping workshops with business stakeholders and partners.
Building process and data flows alongside internal process owners.
Documenting functional and non-functional business requirements.
Working with solution architects and technical leads to build out high level designs for solution playback.
Assessing business benefit and playing an active role in prioritisation and planning activity.
Overseeing IT design and development activity, tracking and reporting progress; identifying, recording, and resolving issues/blockers.
Representing the IT strategy out into the business, taking opportunities to educate, inform and validate.
Playing an active part in QA/Testing of new developments and co-ordinating User Acceptance Testing activity.
Collaborating with the Systems Operations Team to ensure appropriate support is factored into project planning.
Requirements:
Proven previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Proven track record of leading significant business systems' change.
Experience working with (multiple) CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including producing documents such as requirements specifications, process maps solution designs and communication plans.
Some demonstrable exposure to core business applications principally covering IT Services Management but also extending to other areas such as a CRM, Finance, Web Apps and Data/BI Solutions.
Desirable:
Previous experience working with ServiceNow.
A relevant degree and Business Analysis accreditations, or equivalent experience would be beneficial.
