A European IC company is growing rapidly in China. To develop the market further, it's looking for a good sales candidate to join the local team. Tasks and Responsibilities
Owner of the customer and regional channel relationshipsVoice of the customer, managing expectationsPrioritisation, Timeline, schedulesCustomer complaints/concerns ? Owner of the design-in project from identification to mass productionResponsible for the regional sales forecast and long-term plan and to ensure the forecasting and CRM systems are kept up to date and accurateResponsible to manage the channel, reps and distribution in order to meet regional sales and growth targetsWill be the voice in the Region, promote and evangelise the brand as well as the productReporting directly to the VP Sales Greater China and South East AsiaProfessional Background
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (EE), 5+ years industrial experienceEnglish and language of specific area, written and spoken, German a plusA solid reputation as a senior level sales or key account manager, with proven successExperience in managing and building sales organisationsExisting customer and partner relationships at executive levelExperience in managing complex customer engagements and channel distribution business
