£65,000 to £75,000 + 25 Days Holiday (Plus Birthdays) + Progression + Fast Growing Company + Work Socials + Work LaptopFantastic opportunity for a Lead Backend Developer to come on board a Marketing Agency that offers a range of services from Data Insight to Direct Mail. Who is looking for someone to take full ownership of the product and close-knit team.The company in question is a Marketing Agency utilising the likes of Big Data to provide insights to a range of clients across all sectors and help maximize engagement for clients and ensure their marketing needs are being met.In this role, you will help steer the Marketing agency in question to achieving its roadmap and ambition to become a Data Consultancy by heading up the team of Developers in improving the in-house platform and insight dashboards, just a flavour of the project they currently have instore!The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience with the current tech stack (Laravel, PHP, MySQL, OOP, REST API's). Optimising Queries and big data, coming from a Lead Backend background, and have a keenness for taking ownership over their workload and being autonomous.This is a brilliant opportunity for a Lead Backend Developer to technically progress their career in a company that is Flexible with their career path. Whilst being able to take full ownership of the Development team and projects at hand.

*Helping Improve the inhouse platform & Insights Dashboards

*Leading the team of Developers to ensure deadlines & projects run smoothly

*Hands-on & Autonomous approach to projects and challenges

The Person:

*Commercially Experienced in current tech stack (Laravel, PHP, MySQL, OOP, REST API's).

*Experience with Query Optimisation of Big Data

*Knowledge of Software Development Principals
