Test Automation Engineer x 2 - up to 70K with excellent benefits

Award-winning financial technology company, who are committed to delivering technology and are building a modern scalable and flexible microservices architecture to help them achieve their goal, are looking to recruit two experienced Test Automation Engineer.

Supporting the Test Lead in the Automation Strategy, you will share techniques and advocate best practice through technical workshops and collaboration. You will redevelop the existing Automation Test Solution, achieving autonomous Regression Testing via the CI/CD Pipeline.

Current tools, technology and practices include (not all essential): Agile, Selenium, Cucumber/Specflow, Postman/Ready API, CI/CD Builds, Git Flow, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC4+, HTML5/CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, vue.js, VSTS, NoSQL Databases (Mongo), nServiceBus, BDD/TDD, Testing - Microservices architecture, API Testing, Data Driven Testing - data management/creation tasks, BVT, Integration, UAT, Load/Performance, Test Coverage Analysis; defining coverage targets for functional and non-functional requirements and systems, integration, and regression testing

As the successful Test Automation Engineer you will facilitate the integration of software deliveries from a 3rd party and align the Automation suite to ensure Test Coverage Targets meet the required levels for each release across our IT Estate.

In this role, you will provide automation testing to the IT Dev test team and support TDD and BDD practices, as well as adopt Software Development in Test (SDIT) as the target way of working. Manage tight timescales and alignment of automation tests on each team so that automated testing reaches the definition of done within each sprint.
