I am currently working with an international manufacturing organization that is in the middle of several complex and highly critical MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platform projects. While their development team has been continuously creating new features and setting-up new releases in D365 Sales, Marketing, and Service they are in immediate need of a Senior Business Analyst to join their team out of Charlotte.This role will encompass the following responsibilities:Aligning the functional usage of Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform to the real business needsDesign, implement, and execute a testing process for new applications & features in D365 CEDesign, implement, and execute the training and user adoption programBe able to perform out-of-the-box customizations & configurations where need beRecommending where custom code in previous solutions can be scrapped for out of the box functionality in Dynamics 365Any exposure to creating custom Power Apps is a huge plusAny experience creating basic Power BI dashboards is a huge plusThe ideal candidate has at least 8 years of software development testing experience and over three years in a team lead analyst role. The selected resource needs to have solid experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Online.Possessing excellent communication, being detail oriented, being creative and innovate, having the ability to be decisive and make decisions quickly, and being able to foster teamwork are all necessary characteristics of this resource.
