We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex ERP implementation and software projects. This position manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the customer and company leadership. The Project Manager will support development and implementation teams. This position is also able to quickly build collaborative relationships with customers to support their implementation efforts. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams and will require minimal supervision.

The Project Manager is also accountable to accomplish program and project objectives, managing change and resolving complex issues that span project teams and departments. This is accomplished by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a standardized, cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction. This position relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. The Project Manager ensures projects are planned and executed in a manner that supports our customers implementation objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate closely with business owner and stakeholders to develop an understanding of business processes, system requirements and business goals.Drive the delivery of strategic solutions, system and process enhancements through an Agile, iterative process.Evaluate project scope and map out an implementation plan/roadmap and execute on commitmentsLeads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management, and other supports as needed.Provide support deploying ERP system.Coordinates internal end user team to complete Data Migration, validation, training and successful implementation.Develops and maintains expertise on all ERP solutions.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.Lead all aspects of implementation - work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of ERP software system implementation & project management experienceMS LCS & Azure DevOps experienceExperience in designing and creating implementation process flow3+ years owning and driving PM requirements across multiple teamsIdentify, diagnose, and resolve technical as well as Functional problems, problem escalation, and solution tracking.Microsoft Dynamics AX & D365 F&O implementationsUnderstands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement changeHigh aptitude for managing and solving tactical issuesDemonstrated ability to prioritize projects and support initiativesExcellent decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.Team player, with strong interpersonal skills, and skilled in developing collaborative relationships.Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing responsibilities.Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Must be open to personal and professional developmentMust want to be on a winning team and have fun!
