THE COMPANY
Our client is a bespoke media agency proposition for a global pharmaceutical client, operating in over 90 markets. They are a data & technology-driven communications proposition built on the wider group´s proprietary technology with centralised digital media and data analytics functions, and centred around their client's growth.
  
THE ROLE
This is a newly created role, focused predominantly on the consumer side of the client business, working across their consumer brands category. The day-to-day client contacts are passionate, friendly and care about the mission of their brands. They are obsessed with innovative new approaches to support their growth. The agency team is comprised of the top talent, cherry picked from across the whole wider group, as a result you will have exposure to wider agency and consulting teams and learn about their capabilities.
This role will be a core member of global team connecting global specialists on the team with the local market teams on the ground, providing support for the media effectiveness program. You will be working with the global data & analytics team, Operations Directors, and consulting with the local markets to support the roll out of the Media Mix Model program within our wider delivery agenda, following the successful pilot program in 2021.
The role will be the day-to-day operations and project management lead to help scale this program in 2022 and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
§ Key point of contact to support local markets, filtering requests before they are shared with local teams with the aim of managing and reducing their workload on global tasks.
§ Day-to-day operational / project management lead of the Always-On MMM program, helping collect data from local markets
§ Ensuring accuracy of the data through proprietary systems and tools
§ Analysing changes to plans during the year and why these changes took place, then being able to confidently communicate these shifts
§ Determine operational efficiencies to help the program scale throughout the year to additional global markets
§ Share best practice, lead trainings, & general network management around key areas:
o Ways of Working
o Media Mix Models
o Effectiveness Measurement Core Competencies & Experience
  
THE PERSON
We are looking for someone who can immediately slot into our team working alongside a mixed group of senior colleagues with various specialisms.
Required skills and experience include:
§ 1 - 3 years experience in the media industry in Local, Regional or Global roles
§ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an agile way
§ Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring multiple projects are moving toward their deadline on time
§ Be comfortable asking clarifying questions but also confident to proactively make suggestions to initiate/improve tasks
§ The ability to source data & information from a wide range of sources and ensure accuracy then synthesise analysis using existing knowledge of media industry tools and systems where appropriate, ie analytical and lateral thinking
§ Knowledge of data management / governance processes in terms of data quality and timeliness
§ Be a strong communicator who can clearly brief and encourage timely delivery of valuable outputs from local market contacts and other internal partners whilst being empathetic and supportive of their needs
§ Be a strong presenter and storyteller who produces good written work and has an eye for eye-catching visual design
§ Have a curiosity to learn, whilst displaying resilience, cultural awareness and a can-do attitude
  
This is a hybrid role, where you will working in the fun, modern and inspiring office space, 2 days a week. The office is located near to a wide range of local eateries and shopping. The role is paying up to £34k pa and includes a great benefit package. This is truly a role that will take your career in the media industry to new height
