(SC Cleared) Remedy Smart Reporting Specialist | Remote/Occasional travel to Corsham | INSIDE IR35 | 6 months Jefferson Frank are currently supporting one of the largest IT and Business consulting services in the pursuit of an experienced SC Cleared Remedy Smart Reporting Specialist for a government end client. MUST have an active SC clearance!This role would also be part of a team where the ability to interpret the outputs produced by Smart Reports and create a business context will be needed, the ability to be part of that discussion would be advantageous.

Identifying risks with data and supporting the client through the journey to improve that would also be beneficial.

The Remedy Smart Reporting Specialist role should have the experience of creating, providing advice and guidance on both simple and complex Remedy smart reports and should also be able to carry out administration of the reporting environment including management of folders, users and permissions)

The Specialist will be required to be able to carry out the following and share knowledge on how to:

* Accessing the Reporting Console

* Customising Home Page

* Creating a Dashboard

* Using Dashboards to see reports

* Searching

* Using a Report

* Editing Reports

* Update existing report outputs.

* Import export reports across environments.

* Configure broadcasts & Dashboards.

1. Need to be familiar with the BMC Remedy AR System database schema for at least the main modules

2. Extensive Smart Reporting report creation skills (Reports, sub reports, drill through reports, co display report linking, creating complex views, dashboards)

3. Utilising calculated fields, Using cross tab reports, column calculations

4. Experience of using the MS SQL Studio for running SQL queries directly.

5. Knowledge of Remedy workflow development using Developer Studio is plus, to support reporting
