IT Support Analyst

London (hybrid)

£30,000 - £38,000 + Bonus + Private Health Care + Life Insurance + 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) + 9% company contribution pension

Excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a thriving financial services and business intelligence provider where you will learn new skills and progress your career.

This company are Europe's largest independent equity broker renowned in the industry for their premium services. They are currently growing across several global locations including London, Paris, Madrid and the US.

In this role you will join a growing support team troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for the business including the trade floor. You will maintain user systems, deploy software and install security updates. You will work in a rota shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows environments and have a good knowledge of AD, Exchange, Office 365, Teams and SharePoint. You will have experience with IP telephony & video conferencing and a supporting mobile devices.

The Role:

*Troubleshooting and issue resolution

*Maintaining user systems

*Responding to system and security alerts

*Email Security and Anti-Virus administration

*starting shift pattern *6.30am -14.30pm Mon-Fri*

The Person:

*Experience with IP Telephony & Video conferencing

*Confident with Azure AD Administration, AD & Exchange Account Management

*Experience supporting mobile devises (iOS)

*Working knowledge of Office 365, Salesforce and Windows

*Commutable to central London
