Systems AnalystLocation: Market DraytonSalary: Dependant on Experience We are currently working with a top company based in Market Drayton who are looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. Benefits-Salary in line with current market5% annual bonusHolidays standard- 25 days plus bank holidayStandard pensionEffectible benefitsCurrently remote but moving to hybrid working in future (2/3 days potentially) What We Are Looking For-Someone who is a great communicator as the role involves a lot of working with different teams across the business.HR experience would be beneficialHRIS system experience would also be advantageous but not essentialIdeally looking for a System Analyst (with a bit of business analyst skill), does not need to be an expert in a particular HRIS, but if you have worked with Success Factors, that would be a bonus!Also potentially open to graduate level candidates here with general IT skills and the right mentality coming from a Computer Science/IT background, someone with skills that they can develop.
