This is a new opportunity to join a start up company based in Cork, Ireland’s Silicon hub. In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a new and fast growing team working in the area of designing RF SoCs for smart and personalised medical wearables. The role will suit an experienced and talented RFIC engineer with a whole system view to work on innovative RF SoCs in highly advanced process nodes. Experience is required in some or all of the following:RF IC Design and layout in CMOS technologyLNAs, Mixers, PLLs, Power Amplifiers, Baseband Filter designCadence VirtuosoEM simulation tools such as Cadence EMX, Ansys HFSS or Keysight ADSKeysight ADS RF circuit design and simulationmmWave experience (desirable)RFIC/Analog DFM and DFTThe successful RF IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 5 years experience in RF IC Design as well as strong multi-functional collaboration capability and strong self-motivation.
