Job DescriptionThe ideal IT Support Engineer will join an experienced and creative team in supporting one of the UK's biggest Post Production facilities on a range of first line IT support and system administration duties.
Role & ResponsibilitiesStaff & Client helpdesk functions including call handling/loggingMachine imaging & hardware maintenanceAD, DNS, DHCP administrationRemote and desk side assistance of desktops & laptops covering core apps;Windows, Mac, Citrix, Office, Office 365, Print, Smartphone, AV, PatchingSupporting a scheduling app ScheduALL (no previous experience required…)Skills & QualificationsExperience of having worked in an IT support roleGood IT skills, PC and Mac literateExcellent and accurate attention to detail data input and checkingExcellent spoken and written English language skills with the confident ability to communicate to all levels across the companyAble to organise own workload and work effectively with a busy, talented team.
