What you will be doing:

*Support Change Management for area of responsibility building capability and quality in change management and that we land change that 'sticks' and can deliver with certainty

*Deliver change management to ensure adoption of the changes required, including

oStakeholder matrix/personas engagement/management

oChange and business impact assessment, change actions plans and delivery, business adoption strategy and delivery and business readiness management and support for the business roll-out plan.

oEnsure the change is embedded into BAU and sustained, and transition training, change and communications materials to the business teams and BAU post go-live

oEmbedded benefits delivery and realisation.

*Support engagement with CFU/CU and Group Finance to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing and identify & mitigate roadblocks to succes

*Ensure alignment of all change management communications to strategic plan and corporate messages. Agree key messages with MFB Communications Team as appropriate and ensure these are built into communications planning with consistency and strategic context across programmes and projects.

*Development of change collaterial such as Stop, Start, Continue guides

*Support engagement with Training and Communications colleagues to ensure alignment of change management solutions to corporate standards and group messages. Engage HR and other programmes for successful end-to-end delivery and adoption of well managed change.

*Provide support for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally as applicable. Building on existing networks and developing relevant contacts throughout the organisation.

*Support engagement and ongoing management of a Change Network including CFU/CU Change Champions and Change Management teams.
