The successful candidate will:
*Work as part of the Phase II Change and Engagement team you will be enthusiastic about change and delivering quality change, communications and training outcomes
*Work with colleagues to implement the change and engagement approach
*Perform day-day functions maintainining and assigning required leaning modules and training records (e.g. Registration, trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) and lead for MFB in managing the Learning Management System
*Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
*Prepare and submit system and training activity reports and results
*Act as a point-of-contact for participants
*feedback to measure the effectiveness and coverage of change and training
