This Junior .NET Developer roles has just been released. Suitable for a .NET Graduate or .NET Junior Developer. Outstanding training will be provided. In order to be considered you must have some knowledge / experience with ASP.NET MVC.My client has grown from strength to strength over the past 12 months and have a roadmap of ongoing projects to work on. Their IT department has nearly 20 people in IT , they plan on doubling in size within the next 12-18 months, allowing you lots of opportunity to grow and advance your skill-set.You and your support team own the support of their live systems, responding to customer issues, but also provide value-add services, such as developing small change requests. In this job you will be responsibility for the design, development, testing, debugging and support of their .NET applications. Their application is built using the .NET framework 4.8, SQL Server 2019, Entity Framework 6, Dapper, MVC and VueJS 2.In this role you will be joining their support team, 2 members already, doing a 60:40 split role (.NET code and .NET support).

There is no customer interaction in this role.

You will use their Jira support ticketing system - triage system

You are not flooded with tickets, nice balance of coding and production support 60:40 (code and support)

24 hour SLA with client - so it is not a stressful environment.Lots of subject matter experts around you to knowledge share and help you learn their system.

You will be fully trained on the following

Understanding the systems functionality and business domain

How to log and respond to new support tickets

Shown how to priorities tickets

Develop all changes in accordance with the system architecture and coding standards

Take knowledge transfers from the development team on new features and add relevant information to the Support Runbook

Add to the unit tests and automated tests to help catch issues as early as possible

In order to do your role, JetrBrains, RedGate and Visual Studio 2022 licenses are supplied to all developers.Knowledge / experience (either as a Graduate or Junior Developer)

ASP.NET MVC and Web applications essential coupled with a passion for IT and learning. SQL Server would be fantastic as would modern front-end skills.Location :-

My client is based near Citywest in Dublin 24.

They have ample parking available including access to electric chargers for cars if needed.

Hybrid Tues / Wed / Thur in the office - They are super flexible on working hours they don't expect you to sit in traffic.
