What you'll be doing:

We are currently recruiting two proactive, smart, on the ball and mega-efficient Recruitment Assistants to be responsible for assisting with resourcing talent and marketing vacancies across a network of resourcing channels. In particular you'll be involved with:

+ Searching candidate databases for suitable leads
+ Supporting with the creation of job adverts
+ Posting job adverts across a large network of online job boards
+ Owing the nuances of all channels and how to maximise performance
+ Marketing job ads across social platforms (with some help from software we have)
+ Editing and updating job adverts across a number of different job sites
+ Reporting on the performance of channels
+ Working closely with the resourcing team
+ Ensuring KPIs are met in a timely manner
+ Organising interviews (using our custom built CMS system)
+ Assisting with job offers and rejections
+ Managing a shared mailbox and forwarding messages to relevant colleagues
+ Handling incoming calls
+ Providing day-to-day operational support to the wider team

Also be prepared to support in other areas of the business

+ Assisting with the screening of candidate CVs
+ And other tasks the wonderful world of recruitment throws at you

Your Experience:

Any of the below experiences would be ace! Not all essential.

+ Ideally previous experience of recruitment and the agency process (online recruitment a bonus) and a good understanding of industry sectors and job types.
+ Posting vacancies across various different job boards.
+ Content Job Ad writing.
+ CV Screening.
+ Job board database searching.
+ Client support
+ Interview scheduling

About You:

+ Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough, methodical approach to tasks.
+ Fast and accurate skills.
+ Experienced user of Google Docs especially working with spreadsheets and a proficient user of Microsoft Office and other web-based services. Not flustered with having lots of browser pages open at once.
+ You will be Internet savvy; a regular user of web based services.
+ Excellent proof-reading skills
+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to deal with candidates and clients at all levels.
+ Friendly, personable and professional manner.
+ First class customer care ethos.
+ Be confident and assured; a dependable team player who can step in to pick up other activities when required.
+ Have a dedicated remote working set-up.
+ Use your initiative to spot opportunities to continuously improve processes.
