We are looking for experienced and collaborative Senior Agile Delivery Managers to join both our software Dev/Sec/Ops teams.

Our Digital Services and Technology (DST) Directorate develops and operates much of the technology and services that ONS uses to deliver. Demand for data and statistics are increasing and DST has a critical role in enabling the business to meet these demands. As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager you will be accountable for effective delivery of complex, high-risk software products and services.
You will have responsibility for leading and motivating multidisciplinary delivery teams in a truly dynamic agile environment. You will be managing a matrixed team, collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and directors. You may be leading some of our short discovery software solution teams or be delivering large complex software platforms.

As an Agile Delivery Manager working within software teams you will have technical experience of delivering significant, delivery change programmes using agile tools and techniques. As an Agile Delivery Manager working with our corporate IT teams you will also have experience of delivering significant, delivery change programmes and have a knowledge of how to get the best out of complex technical teams.
