Company client is partnered with UK leading Insurer in their search for a Compliance Associate to join the team.
You will assist the Head of Compliance with maintaining an effective compliance structure across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaising with the wider team concerning compliance issues.
* Compliance and exception reporting, maintaining a solid audit trail of findings, and escalating issues where appropriate.
* Support in delivering quarterly compliance reports and procedures throughout the business to enable compliance with PRA, FCA, and other statutory requirements.
* Advising in relation to compliance issues as appropriate.
The suitable candidate will have experience working within a Compliance team before, ideally in an Insurance firm, but open to wider FS.
