Senior QA Automation Engineer - AnalyticsDublin, Ireland - Remote flexibility *note - applicates must be based in Ireland*Up to EUR100,000 per annum DOE + benefits package My client is set to invest in a brand new analytics product and is in urgent need of an experienced QA Automation Engineer who will lay the groundwork for excellent testing practises and peer mentorship.You will need extensive experience in testing complex web applications as you will be responsible for defining, creating and executing test strategies. What you'll doCreate a next-gen test strategy with the engineersContribute to design, planning and estimation for deliverablesMake use of Jira and Confluence to report bugs, document decisions and share knowledgeBuild the automated test suite as the first testerIntegrate tests into the CICD pipeline and monitor thereafterCollaborate with stakeholdersProvide leadership in testing frameworks and approaches What you'll needA mindset centred around gratitude, teamwork and collective successExtensive experience in Python or Javascript testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest etc.)Familiarity with how web applications fit together and how REST APIs workWorking knowledge of software QA methodology, tools and processesHands-on experience in building test automation and integrating with CICD pipelineExperience in writing test plans / cases efficiently and clearly To discuss further confidentially please reach out: [email protected], (+44) 0191 261 3264
