The University of Oxford Alumni Office seeks a Digital Systems Officer to fill a newly created role to support the Office's further expansion into digital alumni engagement. This role will play a crucial part in the work of the Alumni Office through their technical support of a wide range of web-based systems and CMS-driven websites that promote the University's alumni engagement priorities.

Focusing particularly on digital experiential engagement (online events, rich content and hybrid engagement) you will work with colleagues to ensure continuous technical improvement, effective integration with University systems and the promotion of good guidance and processes.

You will have strong technical skills and a proven understanding of applying good UX and UI alongside creative design thinking to produce an engaging, optimised digital experience. Knowledge of overseeing web architecture and development is required, matched with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. The ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and within a team will be needed as well as good interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical matters.

Interviews are expected to take place during week commencing 2 August and will include a practical test.
