Job Description JOB SUMMARY:This position assists in the requirements gathering, documentation, and design of software applications; interviews key stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine project requirements; is responsible for documenting all information and proposed solutions; leads a team in completing various projects, managing communications, schedules, project scope and budgets with external customer stakeholders and internal team members; supports the Sales team in preliminary client meetings; assists with the design and implementation of software solutions for our Dynamics customers; supports multiple customers, products, technologies, and needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Act as Project Manager for various projects, managing communications, and schedules with external customer stakeholders and internal team members. Manage project scope and project budgetsCreate long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and budgets.Schedule, organize, prep, and conduct project kick-off calls with customers and the internal team.Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep the project aligned with their goals.Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the expected standards.Review project actual versus budgeted costs and communicate statuses to both the customer and internal management and sales teams.Ensure project work is kept within agreed defined scope and initiate Change Orders as needed.Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.Conduct client stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements of proposed software solutions.Assist in requirements gathering and business process flow and document as required.Analyze the business processes, procedures, and organizational structure in order to identify problems and determine solutions.Translate and document requirements into Business Requirements Document (BRD) or Functional Design Document (FDD) for implementation and development teams.Work with functional and technical consultants to clearly define a scope of work.Perform quality assurance and testing.Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.Assist in ERP System and Module Setup and ConfigurationMaintain Design Decision documentationTest, deploy and confirm solutions meet the stated needs of the project or customerAssist client in full migration of master, historical, and transactional dataDeliver Customer Support Services on an ongoing basis ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, computer science, business administration, finance, or a related disciplineExperience in Project ManagementERP implementation or support experience preferredDemonstrated work experience of system application review and design.Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and methodology developmentWillingness to complete necessary training and certification examsKnowledge of Microsoft suite tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,Proficient in ERP modules, including Financials, Banking, Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Consolidation modulesAbility to work with both technical and non-technical personnel to resolve problemsProficient in project management tools such as MS Azure DevOps, JIRA, Team Planner, etc.
