Our London based client is currently searching for a Senior Assembly Process Development Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of the bonding and assembly processes. The role will involve developing and implementing process strategies as well as managing process resources and maintaining process documents. Collaborating with the R&D team on new product design and transfer to production will be required as well as performing process simulations.

Required skills for the Senior Process Engineer will include:

• Strong semiconductor assembly process experience
• Die attach and wire-bonding knowledge
• Epoxy material knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Degree qualified
