The Senior Salesforce Administrator Role: You'll be responsible for our Salesforce Platform in the UK and you will be supporting our growth in EMEA. We're known for disruptive industry thinking - so we're looking for a creative thinker able to connect, build and track all the information we need with amazing sales data dashboards. You'll be equally at home sitting with the sales team understanding their needs as well as working with technical to get the right requirements built - be that in Salesforce or working with our Power BI specialists. Your day to day includes: + You'll be amazing at creating Salesforce reports and developing strategic insights using strong sales analysis skills.
+ You'll be unphased by necessary routine ... like helping salespeople with data hygiene and validation.
+ You'll be key to driving sales automation processes, working closely with the sales teams to improve sales process and sales workflows in tooling.
+ You can write new sales process requirements enabling the tracking and reporting of sales progress across the business.
+ You'll gather and add to best practices by working with colleagues in Denver, USA localising reporting initiatives and improving real time sales insights. Ultimately you'll be the main point of contact between EMEA Revenue teams and Tools & Tech, growing the team for expansion across EMEA and passing on your skills, knowledge and passion for sales analytics to others. Position Requirements: You'll be ideal for us if you: + 5 (five)+ years' experience in a Sales Operations, Planning and Performance/Analytics role in an early stage, fast growth global start-up
+ A Salesforce Administrator certification and advanced understanding of best practices and functionality
+ Have the kind of mindset that can look for automation opportunities that leave you free to get involved in higher value activities.
+ Have confident collaboration and influencing skills for working across Sales and Revenue Operations using Data, Analysis using best in class Sales Tools and Technology. Salary & Benefits: + Basic Salary £38,000 - £45,000 (Dependant on experience)
