We'll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.During your 10 week remote training course you will be paid in full and complete two industry recognised training certifications. Once you have completed your training and certifications you will work in a guaranteed job on site at our client, a global industry-leading HR solutions organisation.Your role could include:Functionality and stability testing of applicationsDesigning, coding, and implementing apps through nCinoCreating development goals and timelinesTroubleshooting, fixing bugs, and maintaining application software securityDocumentation and creating training documentsIn addition, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Cloud Authorised Training Partner, once on site we will provide you with a customised learning and development plan and a personal career development coach, who will help you become the best at what you do.Candidate Requirements12 months - 5 years' experience within an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language (e.g. C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Python)Previous experience as a developer within a commercial organisation (we will accept candidates with experience in Front End, Back End, or Full Stack).Experience in the banking and/or accounting industry preferable!You'll also need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.To apply for this program, you'll also need to be:Willing to commit to a minimum of two years' working with Revolent, post trainingAble to commit to 40 hours per week, post trainingAvailable to start training on July 25th 2022Your BenefitsUp to 23 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) and 3% pension contributionComprehensive, fully funded, training to become a nCino Developer including Salesforce certifications in Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & an nCino cert.Support to gain further certifications during your journey with us and a professional development plan tailored to your career goalsAccess to mentoring and support programs and networking opportunities and charity experience volunteering with Revols for Good through our charity partnersMore about RevolentWe're experts at creating incredible Cloud talent.
