Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Ops Project ManagerThis is for a global transformation (North America, EMEA, and APAC) to enhance their offerings of Client onboarding and servicing. ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project ownership for North America region including multiple workstream as per the established methodology, in constant co-ordination with the global Program Manager and the EMEA and APAC Project ManagersAssist in the design/ re-design of the program - including governance, timeframe, workstreams definition, dependencies, RACI, project staffing, budget, metrics, methodologiesDeliver the expected outcomes and benefits for the region, each workstreams, and including crossover initiativesDeal with changes to the project as and when necessaryPlan, co-ordinate/ motivate, and ensure the work is done to the right standard, on time and to budgetArticulates the project status, outcomes, RAIDD and Mitigation log, RAG log appropriately to all stakeholders, including making presentations to MD level client stakeholdersIdentify and help remove project roadblocks, handle escalations, or further escalate so that issues do not impact scope, schedule, or budgetBuild a strong relationship with clients, partners, internal stakeholders to ensure all program workstreams are defined, tracked, and executed according to planDevelops and implements effective communication plans, designed to drive strategic discussions with stakeholdersSupport and drive the growth of the program and the client account from a consultancy firm perspective Skills: RequiredProven track record in implementing complex programs at large financial institutionsSignificant experience in leading regional teams to deliver client objectives within agreed budget, time, and resource constraintsExperience of leading operational and organizational change from a business sideExperience in managing both internal and client dynamics to achieve consensus and make progressStrong communication skills with confidence to deal with senior and demanding client stakeholders Significant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environmentsUnderstanding of the Operations remit in a Bank - from CRM, onboarding, Middle Office and Back Office, payment, transaction monitoring activities will be useful but is not a pre-requisite Nice to have:Formal project management certificationExperience in change management in Operations Risk and ControlsExperience in change management in Loan OperationsExperience in change management in consent order transformationExperience in change management in Operations securities investments
