The company is a highly passionate and enthusiastic Engineering Consultancy established in Leicester who specialise in Civil and Structural Engineering with a strong emphasis on building structures and sustainability. The company has a motivated, forward thinking culture based around their talented engineering team and look to always build lasting relationships with their varied client base.

This is a senior design role which will be client facing with the expectation that you will be able to help identify new business opportunities and successfully manage new client relationships. You will be trusted to help manage a team of engineers and be well practised in project timeline and cost control. In this position you will have the chance to put your skills to the test working on projects that include large scale residential developments, commercial, healthcare, hotel and cultural buildings but also on the conservation of historic buildings and structurally complex projects such as bridges and sculptures.

The role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Civil Engineer at chartered status with a solid professional understanding of civil engineering design as well as consultancy experience. The successful candidate will be ambitious and driven to complete projects to a high standard, have a meticulous eye for detail and have good, relevant experience in engineering design and building productive client relationships.

The role:

Chartered Civil Engineer

£50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Annual bonus
