Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex ERP implementation and software projects. This position manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the customer and company leadership. The Project Manager will support development and implementation teams. This position is also able to quickly build collaborative relationships with customers to support their implementation efforts. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams and will require minimal supervision.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business owner and stakeholders to develop an understanding of business processes, system requirements and business goals.
• Drive the delivery of strategic solutions, system and process enhancements through an Agile, iterative process.
• Evaluate project scope and map out an implementation plan/roadmap and execute on commitments
• Provide support deploying ERP system.
• Develops and maintains expertise on all ERP solutions.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ERP software system implementation & project management experience
• MS LCS & Azure DevOps experience
• Experience in designing and creating implementation process flow
• 3+ years owning and driving PM requirements across multiple teams
• Microsoft Dynamics AX & D365 F&O implementations
• Understands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement change
• High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise projects and support initiatives
