Calling all experienced and driven cost managers now looking to advance their career in a fast growing and dynamic leading consultancy, whilst being a part of a part of some of the most prestigious ongoing projects around the capital!

Our client liaises with clients around London and the home counties, composing improved and affordable healthcare establishments evolving to provide exceptional clinical service and healthcare economy needs, with projects ranging from £100,000.00-£100,000,000.00.

Through their work with an abundance of governmental healthcare departments and varied private sector clients, they are now looking to enhance their renowned services by introducing an experienced project manager to the team.

Our client is based in London, and specializes in the refurbishment of projects primarily within the healthcare and commercial sectors, and are looking for an experienced professional to undertake a dual role.

The suitable candidate will be required to develop cost plans through all design phases, and evaluate contractor invoices and fee proposals.You will also be required to oversee commercial processes, whilst also providing efficient commercial knowledge to support all stakeholders, whilst maintaining and managing cost reports.You will also be able to execute close out activities including settling final accounts, and finance ledger reconciliation, as well as performing quantity surveying through a project life cycle.
