We're working with a Bristol based tech company looking to recruit 2 x IT Service Desk Support analysts, a hybrid mix of home and office working from their brand new offices in the heart of Bristol.

They're an award winning developer of application software and implementation services to global insurance clients, offering great training and superb career progression.

 

What you're looking for? 

Joining their friendly, team orientated support team of 6 as an application support analyst you'll deliver first class technical support to a worldwide customer base using their award-winning product. They will train, support and develop you enabling you to deliver a great customer experience time after time.

Triaging Incidents logged within the Service Desk system

Investigating and resolving all types of application support issues/requests

Working directly with client representatives to progress issues/requests

Collaborating with colleagues to progress issues/requests and further understanding

Contributing to the company knowledge-base with FAQs, ‘How to..' and technical articles

Writing SQL scripts for data correction

Escalating issues to development for further in-depth analysis

Assisting with the download of databases from clients and their restore locally

Someone with good technical ability, a friendly and confident personality, a "can-do" attitude and naturally great with customers.

Degree, CompTIA, BTEC or similar certification within IT

A passion for IT and looking to build and develop their career within support

An inherent belief in delivering a great customer experience time after time

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Great communication skills with the ability to quickly build good relationships with customers.
