Global market leading technology company is looking to hire an experienced Product Design Researcher for their expanding UX / visual design and research team in Limerick, Ireland. The focus of this team is the complete redesign of a range of SW tools with the goal of bringing delightful experiences to customers across a broad range of industry segments.You will be responsible for increasing knowledge in keys areas of product development: Problem spaces, user needs, business needs, etc.It will involve orchestrating and conducting discovery initiatives such as user interviews, usability tests or whichever research technique is deemed appropriate.Your role is to bring the voice of the user into the product design teams.You will also have the opportunity to lead research projects.They can offer hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the office), plus relocation assistance and visa sponsorship if required.
