Product Design Researcher

Global market leading technology company is looking to hire an experienced Product Design Researcher for their expanding UX / visual design and research team in Limerick, Ireland.

The focus of this team is the complete redesign of a range of SW tools with the goal of bringing delightful experiences to customers across a broad range of industry segments.

• You will be responsible for increasing knowledge in keys areas of product development: Problem spaces, user needs, business needs, etc.
• It will involve orchestrating and conducting discovery initiatives such as user interviews, usability tests or whichever research technique is deemed appropriate.
• Your role is to bring the voice of the user into the product design teams.
• You will also have the opportunity to lead research projects.
