We are currently representing a Global Wealth Management firm with their hiring requirements throughout the UK.The Wealth Management division was created in 2019 with the determination and ambition to build a wealth management proposition that was different, personal and highly professional, matched by a passion for the need for quality financial advice and well-structured and tailored investment portfolios.
Their principal value is to put the need to put clients first, supported by the very best quality advisers they can attract, aligned to market-leading products and costs together with exceptional support services.
The UK has been divided into regions and within each region sits a large resource team, consisting of paraplanners, client support teams, lead generation people in addition to Regional Directors, training and compliance resources etc.
The business has access to a large National client bank seeking financial advice, referred directly from within multiple business avenues within the Group and in addition our clients name and reputation are highly respected within the intermediary and introducer markets.
We are embarking on a National campaign to attract both Personal Wealth Advisers, minimum Level 4 qualified and typically with 5+ Years of financial planning experience and Financial Planning Directors, Level 6 qualified with 7 + years experience.
Salaries range from £60-90,000 for a Personal Wealth Advisor and £70 - 140,000 at Director level.
Bonuses are paid out at 40% of salary for an on target performance, but the bonus scheme is uncapped.
In addition our client has created a rolling 3 year LTIP to further enhance the overall package. This is all supported by an exceptional range of benefits, including pension, electric car scheme, DIS, health care etc.
