Nigel Frank are proud to be working with an incredible, fast-growing e-commerce business to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their fast-paced organisation and focus on being the key point of contact for the service desk while performing server-side maintenance, deployment tasks and continuous improvement projects.Key responsibilities of the role would include:Acting as the key point of contact for the service desk, acting as an escalation point for L1 and L2Providing direct user support in accordance to agreed SLAs, whether this be by telephone or user visitsDeveloping and maintaining infrastructure solutions to ensure high infrastructure availabilityCurating support documents for procedures and guidelines to assist L1 and L2 teamsThe skills that the client are looking for include:Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016 and later, as well as (Azure) Active DirectoryStrong working knowledge of Exchange 2016Experience of the M365 Stack and wider applicationsGood knowledge of InTuneGood networking support capabilitiesThe position itself will operate on a hybrid basis with the office being located in Manchester City Centre.
