Services Operations Manager

Role: Services Operations Manager Location: Hybrid (Monument station) Rate:£550pd IR35: Outside (TBC) Contract Length: 6 Months Initially I am currently working with one my Security Services clients that have an urgent requirement for an Operations Security Manager on an initial 6-month contract. The role will offer hybrid working practices view the view of someone starting ASAP. In this role you will be responsible for managing the ongoing flow of Services related activity for the organisation. They provide bespoke research and advisory engagements to Member organisations to help them improve their resilience against cyber attacks and other information security related concerns. Responsibilities:

• Review Services engagement proposals to ensure alignment of delivery resources and pricing with client requirements
• Manage the availability of delivery resources and expertise across internal and external delivery and contractor teams
• Oversee contacting and invoicing processes with external contractors
• Manage the pipeline of Services project work in process in line with project milestones, scope and timing
• Conduct kickoff, project tracking, and project closure meetings with Services clients
• Quality control of project deliverables prior to submission to clients
• Maintain up to date revenue recognition reports based on based on the achievement of milestones in the project backlog
• Maintain up to date revenue forecast reports based on future milestones in the project backlog and latest Services sales forecasts
• Oversee post-engagement satisfaction survey process to collect feedback from Services clients

Key Experience:

• Excellent project management, managing multiple projects at one time
• Experience working with third parties
• Managing a global team
• Experience with information security principles is a plus
