Enterprise Application Analyst London to £45k

Enterprise Application Analyst (Windows O365 Microsoft). Are you a bright, collaborative, and driven individual with a background in desktop support? Are you looking for a role that will be more than just picking up support tickets and will give you opportunities to have a real impact as an Enterprise Application Analyst?

You could be joining an online gaming company that is experiencing huge success and expansion across the US. As an Enterprise Application Analyst, you will split your time between helping end users with a range of issues related to enterprise applications and developing and rolling out training and learning documentation to employees, including videos and presentations. You will be involved in onboarding new business applications, including defining the security and support model, and driving the adoption of enterprise tooling across the business.

There are flexible working options allowing you to work remotely 3 - 4 days a week.

Requirements:

You have a background in desktop / helpdesk support within a Windows environment

You have a very good appreciation of Microsoft

You have excellent communication and presentation skills

You have experience writing IT documentation

You enjoy collaborating with others

You have strong problem solving and analytical skills

As an Enterprise Application Analyst you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £45k) plus a 10% bonus and benefits.
