The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics- Business Analyst for a 6 Months contract based in UK wide.Purpose of the Role:Sitting within the Business wide CIO Technology function is a team of ~120 CRM experts delivering the core bank-wide Microsoft Dynamics platform and programmes. The team are delivering to the business ambition of unifying customer data and processes front-back and need a strong, senior business analyst to help shape the delivery and core platform.The role holder will own business analysis deliveries against the CRM product roadmap and ensure buy in from bank-wide business teams.As a Microsoft Dynamics- Business Analyst you will be responsible for:Accountable for the successful delivery of the business analysis for company CRM projects including stakeholder and technology team engagementDevelop user stories, epics, journeys with internal partners and work closely with technical teams to translate and deliver key changesContribute to the product backlog and acceptance criteria. Work with programme, architecture and engineering to support successful delivery of the product.Work with operations and front office teams to ensure that product changes are appropriately supported and suitable training is providedInteracts with key senior business stakeholders to shape product backlog and team deliveryCollaborate with technical peers to ensure a robust and re-usable set of technical standards seen as best in class across the bankWhat we require from the candidate:Detailed functional knowledge / experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM v2011/13/15/365Years' experience required with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (ideally achieving MVP status for Dynamics CRM),Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front (RM/sales) and back (operations, risk) office teamsMapping business processes to core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities, along with stakeholder management in iterations of product delivered by the CRM programme.Self-starter individual who can lead workshops to MD-level,Significant experience in large customer facing organisationsExperience of full software development life cycle (requirements, delivery, testing, release)Experience with the successful delivery of large CRM change programmesLeadership skills to structure, mentor and maintain a high performing teamStrong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leadersStrong problem solving/analytical skills to contribute to platform challengesThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.
