*Contributes to concept design and execution for a variety of strategic projects to meet strategic commercial objectives, including negotiations with third parties on commercial, joint venture and M&A transactions.

*Collaborates with other business segments to encourage knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement, and builds relevant external partner, supplier, and consultant relationships.

*Coordinates the development of offers to deliver value for partnerships and helps to develop a framework for offers to ensure sharing of processes across different locations.

*Reducing the Work In Progress (WIP) and driving up customer NPS

*Use Data Analytics - Uses complex data analysis to show underlying principles, process, or systems improvements.

*Be Tech Savvy - Partners with the business and other organisations to develop understanding of new technologies and their use.

*Be Agile - Uses collaborative or agile test and learn approaches, contributing to projects and programmes as a subject matter expert or content owner.

*Give Specialised Advice - Offers expert advice on subject expertise building rapport with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

*Organisation - Able to balance daily demands and fluctuation in workload
