Change Manager, managing full time cultural change across multiple projects as part of a group wide Transformation programme.
Experience required:
* Strong stakeholder management
* Good understanding of change management techniques, tools and principles
* Experience of designing and advocating a change management framework
Change Manager - 18 Month FTC - View to go perm - can be based either in the North West or Birmingham
Change Manager, managing full time cultural change across multiple projects as part of a group wide Transformation programme. You will be required to work as part of a Change Management capability to help deliver and shape the engagement strategy and the key communications and evens as part of the strategy.
Experience required:
* Strong stakeholder management
* Good understanding of change management techniques, tools and principles
* Experience of designing and advocating a change management framework
* Be able to facilitate change for projects in the transformation by training and supporting the team.
