We are recruiting for a?Design Chapter Lead?who will be part of our?Agile Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role shaping and evolving our design practice to drive innovation and design product and service experiences that meet the changing needs of our customers. The design chapter lead will be responsible for identifying and developing the right composition of skills in the team and will also provide leadership to support our digital transformation journey. 

The Role

Set strong foundations for establishing and growing the design chapter to accelerate strategic delivery 

Be the Design Authority for Design Thinking, UX & Agile frameworks, tools, capabilities, customer journeys and manage their continuous evolution 

Build a multi-skilled Design team and continue to evolve their skills knowledge, design practice and operating model. Establish programmes to identify and attract top talent 

Develop ideation techniques and methods to incubate new ideas into future state products & service solutions 

Continuously evolve best practice user research and service design methods 

About you

You will be an experienced Senior Designer able to demonstrate a strong track record of working in with broad knowledge in a range of design disciplines (Service design, research, UX, visual and content design). 

You will have very high and sophisticated interpersonal skills needed to lead multi-discipline and cross-functional teams and build trust with challenging stakeholders, applying design thinking through problem discovery, co-creation and detailed design. 

You can demonstrate a high degree of business and commercial knowledge, to enable commercially viable and business compatible service design.
