A company working on Analog circuit design used in computing and other consumer electronics, currently has an open opportunity for an Analog IC Design Engineer to be based in their design centre in Ireland’s Semiconductor hub of Cork. In this role you will be working in the development team on specification and implementation of Analog IC Designs using the latest CAD tools and methodologies. Working closely with the digital and verification teams you will be working on Analog IC Design including; ADCs, DACs, references, amplifiers, low noise, low power and low speed precision Analog circuits. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years Analog IC Design experience and will have a strong understanding of design fundamentals including experience in; Cadence schematic entry, Spice simulation, Analog layout techniques, Matlab modelling and experience with Unix. Experience with planning, design, layout, tape-out and characterisation of Analog circuits is required also.
