Salesforce Commerce Cloud Front-End Developer x 2 - Remote - IR35 TBC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Salesforce Commerce Cloud Front-End Developers to work remotely for a major international client.

As a Front-End Developer working on our shared Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform you will be part of a team that's involved in a wide range of initiatives to support the digital ambitions for some of the world's best-known brands. You are an enthusiastic web developer with 4+ years' experience working in a professional capacity. You'll have a portfolio that ideally includes experience working on e-Commerce platforms. You'll be hungry to learn and you keep abreast of the latest emerging development techniques.

Skills:

* Minimum 4 years of development experience of which 2 years dedicated on SFCC platform

* Solid working knowledge of HTML (5)/CSS (3)/SASS/LESS/JavaScript/jQuery is mandatory

*Exposure to Responsive Design, SEO, W3C and Accessibility Standards across desktop, tablet and mobile is required.

* Hands on experience developing templates and content slots using ISML, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX and integrate with SFCC Pipelines/Controllers

* Experience working with SFCC Page Designer, Content Assets and Content Slots.

* Experience working with Pipelines, JS Controllers, Demandware Scripts and ISML Templates.

* Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges and plugins is required.

* Knowledge of optimizing page load performance by optimising HTML, CSS, JavaScript images and content delivery, ideally in an enterprise eCommerce platform environment.

* Experience using version control tools (Git or Bitbucket) & JIRA is required
