IT System Support AnalystPosition will be primarily onsite in Oak Ridge.IT System Support Analyst will support the delivery of technology services that support and improve business processes for local and remote users. They will also play a hands-on role supporting various local; and enterprise business systems including Microsoft 365 and Azure.Support and management of:Desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows/ Mac OSX, Android, iOS, or similar).Shared resources such as printers, shared workstations, conference rooms, projectors, and telephones.On-prem virtual infrastructureOn-prem network architecture, including firewalls and switchesRemote user support via phone and remote management tools, including VPN, and Remote desktop connections.Videoconferencing equipment (Cisco/Polycom/Zoom/Teams).Requirements:Associate Degree in Computer Science or 4 years relevant IT experience.2+ years of experience in IT support activities with a focus on VIP/Executive level support.5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft desktops/laptops, Apple and Android mobile devices.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) phone systems (Microsoft Teams).Experience with enterprise application implementations and/or migrations to the cloud.Experience with a virtualized environment in a distributed infrastructureBroad understanding of systems operations change management, systems management, user support, and service desk methodologies.Well versed in all aspects of O365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.Confident in MAC OS, AWS, MDM, VIDEO CONFERENCING, WINDOWS 10, MS OFFICE
